Q: Is this class suitable for kids and adults?
Yes! Our bungee fitness program is designed to be all-age friendly, starting from age 10+ (recommended). We welcome youth, adults, and families to participate.
Do I need to be in shape to join?
Not at all! Our instructors guide you through every step. It’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking to have fun while getting active.
For safety reasons, we do have restrictions on minimum and maximum weight, height, and certain health conditions (e.g., pregnancy). Please check with us beforehand to ensure you meet the safety requirements.
Are there any restrictions for the bungee class?
Yes, our current equipment supports students up to: 80 kg (176 lbs) in weight and 1.85 m (6’1″) in height. If you fall outside these ranges, please contact us for alternative arrangements or accommodations.
What physical requirements shall I meet to participate in the bungee class?
Participants should be in good general health. You should not have any serious heart conditions, back or neck issues, or be pregnant. If you are unsure about any health concerns, please consult a doctor before signing up.

Class Levels & Experience
Find the Right Level for Your Dance Journey
From first steps to advanced training, our level system helps every dancer learn and progress at their own pace.
Beginner
Beginner level is designed for students with little to no dance experience. Classes focus on building foundational techniques, rhythm, coordination, and basic choreography in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Beg/Int
This level bridges the gap between foundational and more complex movement. Students continue strengthening technique while learning more detailed choreography, musicality, and performance quality.
Intermediate
Intermediate level is for dancers with solid foundations who are ready for more challenging combinations and faster-paced choreography. Classes emphasize control, precision, musicality, and performance execution.
Advanced
Advanced level is designed for experienced dancers training at a high level. Focus is placed on intricate choreography, strong performance presence, stamina, and refinement of technique and artistry.
