When can I sign up for class?
Registration opens 2 weeks before class starts through our website or walk-ins. Sign up early to guarantee your spot!

What level should I take?

How should I prepare for my first class?
Welcome! Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to the class start time, check in at the front desk, and wear comfy clothes and sneakers. Heel caps are required for Heels classes. Bring indoor shoes if it’s rainy or snowy.
Are there any restrictions for the bungee class?
Yes, our current equipment supports students up to: 75 kg (165 lbs) in weight and 1.85 m (6’1″) in height. If you fall outside these ranges, please contact us for alternative arrangements or accommodations.
What physical requirements shall I meet to participate in the bungee class?
Participants should be in good general health. You should not have any serious heart conditions, back or neck issues, or be pregnant. If you are unsure about any health concerns, please consult a doctor before signing up.
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel most comfortable! We recommend loose fitting clothing and clean indoor shoes. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in-studio.
What are the minimum age requirements?
Our classes are open to all ages.
Under 16’s would require their parents or guardians permission and presence on the day.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes, we have plenty of free on-site parking lot. Please note parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What’s the difference between drop-in class and programs?
Drop-in classes provide variety and flexibility – with different lessons and choreography each week. Our programs are progressive and great for those looking for more of a commitment. Youāll build on the lessons and choreography week-by-week.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however in some circumstances, we will add the value of your purchase to your account as a credit.
Do class pass expire?
Yes, please see our pricing for expiration details. Please note that we do offer a one-time expiration extension, which can be requested up to one month before your class pass expires.
