To keep our dance home safe and clean, we invite everyone to bring a pair of indoor shoes when it rains or snows.
Booking Policy
Please pre-register for class on our website to secure a spot. As classes sell out, we do not guarantee walk-ins. Drop-ins are for ages 14 & up.
We require a minimum of 3 students to run an In-Studio class.
Refund Policy
All sessions are non-refundable or transferable. Early cancellations will be credited to your account to be used at another time. Late cancellations (within 4 hours of class start time) will not be returned to your account. Class credits will not be given for missed classes.
Cancellation Policy
3Dz Dance Studio Inc. reserves the right to drop students from classes for excessive lateness and/or absence, disruptive behavior, non-payment of tuition/other charges due, or cancellation of the entire class.
DROP-IN Classes: As there is limited space, we ask if you need to cancel a reservation that you do so at least 4 hours before the class start time. In this case, your session will be credited back onto your account for you to use at another time.
If you cancel a reservation within the 4 hour late-cancellation window, that reservation will be deducted from your account.
PRIVATE Lessons: To cancel a private lesson without charge, students must notify 3Dz Dance Studio Inc. staff/management 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
STUDIO RENTALS: All rescheduling requests must be made with more than 48 hours notice. All cancellation requests must be made with more than 24 hours notice. You will be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee equal to the full cost of the booking if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduling.
Class Expirations
All class passes and packages come with an expiration date. Extensions for class passes can be granted for an additional 30 days or 60 days for a fee of $3.99+HST and $6.99+HST respectively. Clients are limited to extending their class packages for an additional 30 days up to a maximum of 2 times, and 60 days for only once.

Personal Injury
I will be participating in physical activities. As such, I realize there is an element of physical risk involved, for which I accept full responsibility, and I hold harmless the staff and management of 3Dz Dance Studio Inc. in case of injury. I furthermore warrant that I have no known medical condition(s) which will prevent me from undertaking these activities safely and will not hold 3Dz Dance Studio Inc. liable for any injuries I sustained due to any medical conditions I may have, pre-existing or otherwise.
Liability Policy
I and my agents, personal representatives, and assignees, hereby release and discharge 3Dz Dance Studio Inc., its staff, its management and facility owners from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of the use of the premises or participation in activities.
Privacy Policy
I authorize 3Dz Dance Studio Inc. to use any photos/videos of me taken during classes, events and/or performances to freely promote the interests of the company however I do not waive the right to request that a specific photo of me be removed from marketing material. In the event that I make such a request, I authorize 3Dz Dance Studio Inc. to use up any printed material or marketing ads already paid for and understand that they will remove the image in question from the content of any future purchases.
3Dz Dance Studio Inc. makes no guarantee regarding individual student results due to the highly personal nature of these services and their dependency on the student’s own participation and motivation to achieve success.
