1. Membership Covered
All regular studio drop-in and program classes unless otherwise specified (excludes workshops, private lessons, or special events unless noted).

2. Commitment & Cancellation
Initial Commitment: A minimum of 6 consecutive months is required from the membership start date.
Cancellation After Commitment Period: You may cancel your membership anytime after completing the initial 6-month period. To cancel, you must send written notice by email to info@3dzdancestudio.com at least 14 days before your next billing date.
Final Payment:
If cancellation is requested less than 14 days before the billing date, your upcoming monthly payment will still be processed.
In that case, your membership will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which it will automatically terminate.
Early Termination:
Membership cannot be canceled before completing the initial 6-month period.
If early termination is requested, the studio reserves the right to charge the balance of the remaining commitment period.

3. Rollover Policy
Unused Credits: Up to 2 months of unused credits may be rolled over.
Usage Order: New credits are consumed before rolled-over credits.
Example: If you have 8 new credits and 4 rolled-over credits, your first 8 classes in that month will use the new credits. To use rollover credits, you must attend more than 8 classes that month.
Expiration of Rolled Credits: Rollover credits expire if not used within 2 months.

4. Class Access & Reservations
Membership credits may be applied to any eligible program.
Advanced registration may be required for certain classes.
No-shows or late cancellations (as defined by the studio’s class cancellation policy) may result in loss of the class credit.

5. Savings & Value
Members save approximately $816 (Dancing-8)/ $2,112 (Dancing-16) annually compared to drop-in rates. Savings are based on consistent monthly usage and cannot be refunded or credited if membership is underutilized.

6. Suspension & Freeze
Membership cannot be paused, frozen, or extended.
If the membership ends (voluntary cancellation after 6 months or natural expiration), it cannot be reactivated or extended under the same terms. A new membership sign-up is required.

7. Payments & Billing
Payment is due monthly and billed automatically on the same date each month. Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to maintain membership benefits. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Studio Policies
Members must comply with all general studio rules and policies, including health & safety guidelines.
3Dz Dance Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or programming as necessary.

9. Termination by Studio
3Dz Dance Studio may suspend or terminate memberships for violation of studio policies, misconduct, or non-payment.
If the studio terminates membership without cause, unused credits will be refunded at the pro-rated membership rate.
